I lived in Alexandria's West End in the late '90's and always looked forward to rotisserie chicken at Edy's. I had cause to be in the area today, so I made it a point to return andsee how the place had fard in the last 20 years. The food was exactly as I remembered it - flavor-packed half-chicken, with crispy yucca and a simple salad. As an added bonus, I walked in as Peru's soccer team was starting its Copa America final match with Brazil. I was suddenly in the midst of a whole set of Peru soccer fans! I'll definitely find cause to return to Edy's in the future.

Competition for Peruvian chicken in this part of Northern Virginia is fierce. Edy's is one of my favorites for not just chicken which is a solid A, but for the amazing variety of sides that they carry. Plenty of seating, parking, and options for picky eaters. Great value will come again!

It was busy but my mixed ceviche was very good! My husband enjoyed his dish of broil beef and chicken and he or order the veggie dish with sweet potato, zucchini, yucca and plantains. We both enjoyed them. Size portion were better than expected and reasonably priced.

Edy's is probably my favorite of all the charcoal chicken places. The spices are just right, chicken is always moist and crispy and everything is always right. Definitely recommend this place above all.

The food was on point. I haven't eaten Peruvian chicken that wasn't delicious. This was no different. The service was quick and it was fairly busy. The workers work hard because things stay clean and clear. The ambiance is super chill. Nice music to fit the vibe. There are two areas that are split by the main entrance. It's well lit with natural light. The bathrooms get a little messy but it's obvious it's because of how much traffic this place gets. They smell clean and are checked on. I would definitely come back because of how fast I got a meal for my family, the great service, and the ambiance.

We love this Peruvian chicken spot located close to home. A tip is to call in the order as they can get pretty packed at times.

What's not to love seeing and smelling those succulent delicious birds spinning around the rotis and basting themselves and their compadres. The yuccas were nice and crispy and the yellow and green sauce was dead on. Absolutely the divine!

The food is grea. The staff are amazing. The restaurant is clean and tied. cashiers are the best in the food industry. as a resident of Falls Church, this restaurant is my favorite restaurant in town. if I could, I would request the restaurant owner to add tips options to the register, so that we the customers to give a little extra to this hardworking tea. because most of us don't usually curry cash around. thanks to you all.

I was there last night & got the whole chicken meal for takeout. It has been a long time since I've had chargrilled chicken this good. It was juicy, tasty, flavorful. The skin was just right. It came with 2 small side salads & a choice of 1 side, I went with the fries, they were crinkle cut & pretty dang good even after sitting in the bag on the ride home. I also got the plantains- freakin delicious, I recommend them. I also got the beans & rice, I was at first thinking them might be like redbeans & rice, but no. They were a whole lot better & tastier. The meal also came with a variety of sauces- I suggest using some of the green sauce on your beans & rice. This was my first time there, but it will not be my last. 5 stars out of 5 stars from. Added plus, the staff was very, very friendly, patient & helpful. I. Will. Be. Back. Side note- I got there around 9:30pm (they close at 10) they still had more than enough food left for the people coming in behind me. With me ordering & waiting for my food, it took no longer then 10 minutes max.
